The Collserola mountains, along with La Marina, El Montnegre and El Garraf, form part of the coastal mountain range, a 300km mountain system running parallel to the Mediterranean Sea, stretching from the mouth of the Ter to the plains of Castellón. Its character, climate and topography are those of a very high quality Mediterranean system.
