Landscaping means defining the relation between nature and culture, manifesting itself, among other places, in the garden.
Gardens contain the knowledge, or at least evoke the feeling, that we have of our universe. In the garden the image of a primordial serenity is focused, the conquest of a space, a territory of founding myths and social utopias.
