The corporate image is the sum of all the features that give an organisation its own identity and differentiate it from others. It consists of a multitude of actions all pulling in the same direction to give the company a pre-defined position in the markets and in the minds of the (objective) public, helping to build for itself a strong reputation and to ensure consumer loyalty.
The creation of this image can be divided into two basic areas of activity: corporate graphics, in the form of the company logo and its use on stationery, packaging and at the point of sale; and corporate architecture, which is concerned with intervention in the environment, the design of buildings and the adaptation of interior spaces.
