DESIGN AWARDS 2014 AFAMOUR
The Spanish Association of Furniture Manufacturers and Urban Playground, announces the third annual Design Award AFAMOUR aimed at Spanish novice designers and manufacturers that rely on the integration of design of an urban playground equipment as an innovative element and competitiveness of SMEs . This year, for the first time, is extended to the design of street furniture.
Will be two categories : best design urban playground equipment submitted by a company , and the best design of a novel designe, who does not exercise or have exercised professionally design activity. The project will have fun or auxiliary function, whether a single item, a complete range or modular game system.
The competition is open to all companies with headquarters in Spain that manufacture urban playground equipment, whether or not associated AFAMOUR. Companies may submit products sold from January 1, 2010, or it will be until the end of 2014 and have not been presented in previous editions of AFAMOUR Design Award.
Young, novice designers can be submitted individually or collectively, provided that it is composed of a maximum of 4 people. The project submitted must be unpublished and not rewarded in any other competition.
The deadline for submission of projects will end on February 14, 2014. The jury issued its judgment in the context of the ExpoAlcaldía edition Feria de Zaragoza on March 4, 2014.
